Full Sales, Inc. Mission Statement
     We are committed to improving significantly the long term job performance, sales production and financial success of deserving American businesses and sales professionals.  Sales success requires quality training, careful planning and disciplined execution throughout one's career.
      Our clients improve their sales production by learning and developing proper attitudes, behaviors and techniques.  This is accomplished through a long term study and application of the Sandler Sales System. 
      Through our own example we will influence all sales professionals to consider client benefit first, improve ethics and increase productivity.

Full Sales, Inc., an authorized licensee of the Sandler Sales Institute, is a business development and consulting firm that provides individuals and companies with a proven training program - the Sandler Selling System - that Personal Selling Power Magazine calls, "the best kept (selling) secret in America". In addition, ongoing reinforcement training provides our clients with much more than motivational "quick fix" seminars. Psychological studies prove that memory fades very quickly. After even the most inspiring seminars, participants "feel good" and plan to put into action the ideas they just heard. But 48 hours later most people can only remember a few one-liners and power phrases. As a result, no permanent change takes place in their performance.

Traditional impact training works on emotions and develops a short term, high level of enthusiasm. Nontraditional, ongoing training works on self-esteem and develops a higher level of confidence.

One to two-day seminars covering new techniques initially work, but without reinforcement salespeople go back to what they did before. Problem: Initial attempts by salespeople don't work so they quit using them.

We believe that short, regular doses of the right training over an extended period of time will give you a significantly better return on your investment than the crash courses that become a distant memory within days. We believe training is a process, not an event.
